Because Proceed Software is designed to automate much of a company's shipping needs, the default "Ship To" address is bound to the Company itself. In many of the screens, it's required to be set. What happens is that when the "Ship To" address is set, it stores the value in field:DefaultShipToID.Customer, then when quotes, orders, shipments and invoices are created dynamically they'll all use this default shipping address for the customer in question.
