Hello Admin, I'm wondering if this post will generate an email to you or everyone on this thread. We've tested the SMTP settings and it seems to work. I agree with your point about adding tags. Karen and I will look into building out a set of tags.
I think Tags are important too and should be used to track issues with Proceed Software. This is a good idea.
Tags help to organize content and make searching easier. It helps your question get more attention from people interested in that tag. Tags also send notifications. If you are interested in some topic, follow that tag to get updates.
