How do I log into Proceed?

Hi Karen, Proceed Software is a Windows App and it can run in a variety of different environments. These include: 1) On a Local Area Network 2) Through Remote Desktop (RDP) 3) Citrix Hosting Then once you get onto the Windows environment, there is another login to get into Proceed Software as a user. Can you please explain a little more on what you're tyring to access?
